Non-Profit PR

A decline in government funding and a challenging fundraising environment have made communicating and connecting with the local and national media, donors, and influencers a top priority for non-profit organizations. LBR Communications has strategically parlayed its public sector communications experience to support various non-profit and NGO players to ensure the issues that mean the most to LBR clients also mean the most to media and the key influencers who support the amplification of awareness and financial stability.

Currently, LBR is actively supporting the Development of Better Days 2020, a women's suffrage anniversary celebration and leadership advocacy non-profit 501(c)(3). Better Days 2020 believes that by popularizing history in creative and communal ways, we open doors to conversations about the future of Utah women. The year 2020 is the perfect time to commemorate our history because it marks the 150th anniversary of Utah being the first place where women voted in the modern nation. It also marks the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which granted all U.S. women the right to vote.
