Nearly 20 years ago, Lee Rech worked with me and my team to successfully complete the Hess Tioga Gas Plant operations and maintenance procedure manuals to meet regulatory and Hess standards. In 2012, the Tioga Gas Plant broke ground on a significant plant expansion to meet the increased processing demand in North Dakota. I immediately called Lee and LBR Communications when it was time to rewrite the operations manuals based on her and LBR’s work ethic, quality output and the company’s ability to work with our subject matter experts to get the writing project done on time and on budget.
